Elias has overall responsibility for the strategic management and operations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Zenith University College, Ghana. He also holds a license in Flight Dispatch from the Ghana Civil Aviation Training Academy (GATA).

Frederick brings a wealth of experience to the team from working in top corporates. He is responsible for assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
